After years of advocacy and planning, the Rotary Skate Park opened in fall 2013. The 25,000 square foot park is designed for all skill levels, and was built in partnership between the Fort St. John Skatepark Committee, the Rotary Club of Fort St. John, the Sports Council, the City of Fort St. John, and the Province of B.C.

The Rotary Skate Park is located in Toboggan Hill Park at the corner of 93 Avenue and 93 Street, and open seasonally from dawn until dusk. A dog park, disc golf course, and tobogganing hill are all located next to the park for families to enjoy.

The Skate Park is designed for skateboarding, in-line skating, and BMX biking only. No foot traffic, motorized vehicles, or other wheeled devices are allowed. Additional obstacles such as ramps and jumps are prohibited and are not to be brought into the parks.

Please note: Users skate at their risk. The use of protective equipment including helmets, knee and elbow pads, and wrist guards is strongly recommended. All skaters are asked to be respectful of others.
